Genpact is seeking an Analytics Lead.

I. Job Requirements

Lead analytic software development as part of the data science group within a healthcare industry, modeling, building analytical and reporting solutions for business optimization. Manage multiple analytical development projects contributing to productivity improvements in all business units. Design, develop, and implement optimization tools using the latest technologies such as Anaconda, Python or R. along with knowledge to pull their own data with tools like SAS. Serve as lead of a team or as an individual contributor when assigned. Gather requirements from project team and map progress to the overall project plan. Manage project scope and, where necessary, follow change control plan. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Estimate resources required to achieve the project goals, plan for project implementation, identify dependencies, prepare and execute test plan, and monitor and ensure smooth implementation of the project/tools. Provide technical analysis and solutions on issues. Utilize technical expertise to manage multiple assignments to assure timely delivery of cost-effective objectives. Mentor team members in design and development activities.

II. Job Requirements

Minimum Education and Years of Experience Required:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Special Skills Required:

Three years of experience with Anaconda, Python or R, SAS, Oracle SQL Developer, or Microsoft SQL Server

• Three years of experience writing complex structured query languages.

Candidate should know about healthcare data, as well as modeling.

Candidate will need to pull their own data, so SAS could be helpful in this role also.
